2. About Slipt

Slipt is a workout tracking application developed by Maxi Ruti. The App allows you to create and manage Push Pull Legs workout routines, track exercises, sets, reps, and weights. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the workout routines, exercise data, and any custom content you create within the App. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any servers or third parties.

IMPORTANT: Slipt is a workout tracking tool only. It is not a substitute for professional fitness advice, medical advice, or personal training.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXI RUTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
