Everything you need to know about using Slipt
Creating Your First Routine
Tap the + button on the home screen to create a new routine. Give it a name and choose a color. Your routine can have multiple workout days (Push, Pull, Legs).
Adding Workout Days
Inside a routine, tap "+ Add Day" to create a workout day. Label it (e.g., "Chest & Triceps") and select the type (Push, Pull, or Legs).
Adding Exercises
Tap the + icon on any day card to add exercises. Search from our 200+ exercise database or create custom exercises. Set the number of sets, reps, and weight for each exercise.
Tracking Your Sets
During your workout, tap the circles next to each set to mark them as complete. Your progress is saved automatically. Completed sets show with a blue checkmark.
Organizing Your Routine
Use the ↑ and ↓ buttons to reorder days and exercises. Long press on a day card to edit or delete it. Tap the three dots menu on exercises to edit or remove them.
Manage Routines
Tap the Manage button in the top right of any routine to change its name, color, or delete it entirely. All changes are saved automatically.
Tips & Best Practices
• Collapse day cards by tapping them to see your routine at a glance • Use consistent naming for easier tracking • Start with a simple 3-day PPL before adding more days • Track progressive overload by gradually increasing weight or reps • All your data stays private on your device
Sharing & Backup
• Share routines with friends by selecting 'Share as JSON' in the routine menu • Export your progress to Excel or Google Sheets using the 'Export to CSV' option • To load a routine from a friend, go to Settings > Import Routine and select the .json file • Exercise names are automatically mapped to your local library for easy reading

Q: Is internet required? A: No! Slipt works completely offline. Q: Can I backup my data? A: Currently data is stored locally. Backup features coming soon. Q: Is my data private? A: Yes! We don't collect any data. Everything stays on your device. Q: How do I delete a routine? A: Long press any routine on the home screen to delete it.
